Temple Tour

One of my aspirations in life is to see how many LDS temples I can go through and do work for my ancestors in. Since my family was planning on traveling to Utah for a week I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to go and visit a few temples.

Manti temple: Looks like a castle, it has two spiral staircases that goes all the way up the towers. Having 151 steps, each is supported by the one underneath it. In it is a blue sealing room that had been closed off for many years. But the week before we went they had just opened it. This is the other temple that still does live sessions.

Salt Lake Temple: It took the saints 40 years to build, every LDS prophet has been in this temple except Joseph Smith. It is one of the only temples that continues to do live sessions for endowments. It is just amazing.

Payson Temple: Beautiful.

Mt. Timpanogos:

Provo City Center:

And just for fun here is the Great Salt Lake, and part of my wonderful family.
