Fasting sure does bring blessing! 

We have been working really hard with our investigator Nilda, we want to help her find that peace in her life especially after all she has gone through. She was realy excited to come to church this week, but once we told her it was at 9 in the morning she wasnt too thrilled... she has a hard time waking up before 10 or 11. We got her to commit to go to the English ward at 1, but then something came up so she couldnt go. We wanted to bring someone by to get her to have the desire to wake up and come to church, so we brought Obispo Saldaña to our cita so she could meet him. And he even brought his wife! It was the best cita ever! He told her she needed to come to church and it didnt matter whether it was our ward or the English one but she needed to come. At the end she told him she would come to our ward so he could be her Obispo! She also really connected with his wife, who ended up giving away her sweater to Nilda because she doesnt have much. Nilda is excited to come now, and we are going to continue to work hard with her to help her understand and come to church. She calls us her "companions" or "angels".

Our other investigator Alicia is super legit, she is really catholic but they love learning new things. We taught them the Plan of Salvation and their minds were literally blown away by it, their jaws dropped, they couldnt believe we could live with God and our families forever. Her daughter even wanted to put the Plan of Salvation folleto right next to the Virgin Mary sculpture (but her mom said no). Then they told us to go teach their cousin too!

Since it was colder this past week (like really cold we thought we were gonna freeze to death) we spent a little time everyday cleaning out area book and finding new investigators through it. It worked out great, we found a couple that we were able to get return appointments with, so this week we are already packed with citas! The other day it was a whole 10 degrees I have never been so happy in my life, it was like summer. We only had to wear one jacket! Plus no wind! Blessings!!!
