Converstaions with Jane (our neighbor):

-"I like your shoes!"-Hermana Cutler
"Yup! Viens..." -Jane

-"Have you been able to read a little bit in the Book of Mormon we gave you?" -Hna Anguiano *points to the copy of the Book of Mormon on the table*
"Yeah these flowers are just about to bloom, any day now" -Jane

-"How many grandkids do you have?" -Hermana Anguiano 
*counts up to four on her fingers* "This is my fourth cigarette today... im trying to quite." -Jane

-"Good evening Jane how are you?" -Hermana Cutler
"Good just sitting outside, it was supposed to rain tonight." -Jane
"Are you enjoying the weather then?" -Hermana Anguiano
"What?" -Jane
*Repeats question about 5 times* 
"I think im going deaf!" -Jane
"Well Goodnight Jane!" -Hermana Cutler
"Goodnight ladies!" -Jane

Other Adventures of the week:

-Zone Conference! The Litkes gave their departing testimony, its so sad to see them go back home. But Im gonna go visit them after the mission for sure! They are the funniest and love pulling pranks, shes always got something up her sleeve.

-Exchanges, I got to go back to Gurnee again with Hermana Olivas!! We surprised my recent convert Manny and he was so excited to see my yet again. Gurnee is still great and it was fun being back (:

- We mowed our investigator Robertos lawn, I mowed while Hermana Anguiano taught him the Plan of Salvation. Id say good use of service time, plus I got to wear shorts!!!

- Alexis came to the church for a chapel tour, and she informed us she will be going to General Conference with some of her friends (who are members) in october! She is so excited. Plus she finished the Book of Alma! I was mind blown. 

- We had 4 people at church yesterday, and none of them were from the same family! It was awesome!!! 

- Last pday we played water ballon volley ball with all the sisters in the zone, it was loads of fun and a great way to spend a birthday on the mission. I enjoyed it (:
