9/24/2018 A week of Miracles

Bueno,

This week was good, I got super sick for two days but our days were packed I had zero time to rest. Its okay because miraculously I got better the morning of zone conference. But we seriously saw so many miracles those few days I was sick. It was awesome. We got 7 new investigators for the week!!! All for spanish ward! It was so amazing (:

Zone conference was amazing, President and Sister Bingham talked a ton about doing family histroy work and about how we need to use it in our teaching and finding efforts. It was very well done. Then they both talked about it at stake conference as well.

I went back to Gurnee for exchanges... again... round three! Apparently I need to keep going back to help recent converts or something? I was supposed to stay in woodstock but the last second they decided I needed to go to Gurnee again. I saw some recent converts like Manny and the Gracia family, and the dad Juan for the Garcia family is getting baptized either this week or next!!! So that was exciting to talk to him about it again, just like old times.

I had interviews with President Bingham in person dor the first time since I was being trained. They are WAY better in person thats all I gotta say. He asked me some great questions, and he told me its been fun watching me as a missionary work and grow in spanish and everything. It was cool hearing that from him. Also we tried to extend me mission but since I would go home a day or two before my 18 month mark I cant extend 😢😭 it was sad, then i told him to not worry because President Nelson is gonna extend Sister missions to two years in General conference. He laughed and liked my idea, he said it would be intresting to see who would extend after that! 

Woodstock is the place to be though, we have some awesome people! Denise is still awesome, Dominico, Karyn and Miguel (who even drove AN HOUR to Stake Conference), Jose and his girlfriend, and more. I feel so blessed to be able to get to know all these great people and to continue working with them! The seasons are changing up here, and great things are happening!
